Biography: Arnold Haynes started playing organized football at the age of eight for the Paoli Bulldogs/Conestoga Generals. Arnold attended Harriton High School of Lower Merion school district. During his 4 years in High School he played football, basketball and ran track. His athletic career was limited due to having 4 leg surgeries, including a leg lengthen operation before his junior year, but the passion remained.
Arnold has been a Project Manager in commercial construction for the last 7 years. Arnold loves sports and enjoys giving back to the community. Arnold was one of the main people involved in getting NL Sports programs off of the ground. He is one of the leaders in NLS Operations and is also the flag football lead for both fall and spring season. Arnold grew up in Bryn Mawr along with his wife Michelle. He has 2 children, AJ and Alexis.

Biography: Marlon was born in Philadelphia but grew up in a small town of Haddon Township, NJ where he played basketball, football, track & field, and also developed a passion for tennis and volleyball. Marlon attended Saint Joseph's University, but received a BS in Computer Technology from Drexel University graduating on the Deans List. Marlon also played Semi-Pro football in a Tri-State League.
For Marlon, sports have always been a microcosm of life. Winning, losing, sportsmanship, resiliency, leadership, working with people one is not familiar with is all part of lessons Marlon shares weekly along with NLS Team of volunteers. Marlon currently has a 20 plus year career at PECO Energy and serves as co lead in football and basketball, and is head coach for one of our summer basketball teams.
