NL Registration (Step 1 of 2)
Next Level program registration is a two step process.
Step 1: Read the NL Waiver of Liability Agreement and completely fill out the NL Registration Form below. Be sure to select the appropriate NL Program Selection. You will see the Registration Total display the fee associated with your selected item.

Step 2: Click the "Submit" button to be redirected to the Next Level Sports PayPal Payment page to pay for the registered program online by credit card via PayPal.
ATTENTION:
The NL Registration Form and Payment (credit card via PAYPAL) must be completed at the same time to be fully registered! No spots will be held for applicants if payment has not been completed.
Refund Policy:
In order to receive a refund, written email notification is required to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before the start of the program session. A full refund will be given if request is made 2 weeks before the first session. A full credit is applied toward a future NLS event if refund is requested within 1 week of the season starting. After the first session there will be NO refunds or credits issued.
