2012 Flag Football Seaon is NOW OPEN!! Register Today.  (PreK to 5th Grade Only)
All games will be played on Saturday.  The Schedule is posted under the Football Tab.

Need for Speed -Saturday's at 4:15-5:30pm at Bala Gym (45 Bala Ave, Bala Cynwyd, Pa. 19004)
This clinic is for all middle and high school students participating in a variety of sports. Student athletes will learn how to improve overall sports performance through this vigorous workout.

Open Court- Sunday's 2-4pm at Bala Gym (45 Bala Ave, Bala Cynwyd, Pa. 19004)

2pm- 1st & 2nd graders ONLY (or those considered beginners) will work on skills and then have time to play. 3rd grade and up will also start at 2pm. 

3pm-  3rd grade and up will use their action skills just learned in full court games. 
 

Only 15 players can attend. You must RSVP to participate. info@nlsports.org
