NLS Ultimate is a great sport for kids! t is played co-ed at all levels. It’s non-contact and a great aerobic workout. The players call fouls and resolve them together; there are no refs.

Santiago Duque- BairdUltimate CoachSantiago is a graduate of Haverford High School and played on the Ultimate Frisbee team all four years, winning 3rd at States in 2019. This year he is working as an assistant teacher at a preschool in Bryn Mawr and loves it! In addition to his passions for Ultimate and teaching, Santiago loves chocolate ice cream and going on bike rides.
