NLS Ultimate is a great sport for kids! t is played co-ed at all levels. It’s non-contact and a great aerobic workout.
The players call fouls and resolve them together; there are no refs. Being fair and a good sport is engrained in ultimate, thanks to its code of conduct, known as the “Spirit of the Game.” |
